Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Emotional Misfits. We’re a small (but emotionally complicated) team working hard to get your Misfits packed and delivered safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Please allow additional processing time during product launches, restocks, holidays, and high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. However, in rare situations, an order may need to be cancelled and refunded if shipping to a destination becomes unavailable or cost-prohibitive.

Pre-Orders / Pre-Sale Items

If your order includes a pre-order or pre-sale item, estimated shipping timelines will be listed on the product page.

Please note:

  • Pre-order timelines are estimates only
  • Manufacturing, customs, weather, or carrier disruptions may occasionally impact delivery timelines
  • Orders containing pre-sale items may ship once all items are available

We’ll always do our best to keep customers updated if timelines change.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect shipping information
  • failure to collect the package
  • refused delivery

the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Refunds will not be issued for shipping costs already incurred.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Emotional Misfits is not responsible for:

  • shipping delays caused by carriers
  • customs delays
  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
